Hi, I’m Abby! Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, I’ve always had a love for the beauty industry and knew from a young age that it was something I wanted to pursue. I specialize in customized lash extensions, brow enhancements, and dermaplaning facials, with a passion for helping women feel beautiful, confident, and most importantly, like themselves. Living in Central Oregon, I know firsthand how our dry climate can affect our skin, which is one of the reasons I love offering dermaplaning facials to help remove dead skin buildup and leave your skin feeling refreshed and smooth. One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to know the women who sit in my chair and creating services that are tailored to each individual. There’s truly nothing more rewarding than watching a client leave feeling happy, confident, and comfortable in her own skin. I’m so grateful to do what I love in the community I’ve always called home, and I look forward to welcoming you into my space! Children Welcome Little ones are always welcome in my space! I completely understand that finding childcare isn’t always easy, and I want my services to be accessible to everyone. I simply ask that children are able to sit comfortably and stay quietly entertained for the duration of your appointment. Since I share a space with other beauty professionals and their clients, maintaining a peaceful and relaxing environment is important. Feel free to bring along a tablet, headphones, books, or other quiet activities to keep your little ones occupied. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you! I value each of my clients and the time we spend together. To ensure I can provide the best experience for everyone, I kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking. Booking No deposit is required to book an appointment. A valid credit card is required on file to secure your appointment and will only be charged if the cancellation policy applies. Cancellations & Rescheduling I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * 48+ hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. * Same-day cancellations: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. * No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. I completely understand that unexpected situations happen! However, last-minute cancellations leave little opportunity to fill your reserved appointment time. These policies help protect my time and allow me to continue providing quality services to all my clients. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the service booked. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, the cancellation fee may apply. If you’re running behind, please reach out as soon as possible! Illness & Rescheduling Your health and the well-being of my clients are always a priority! If you or your little ones are feeling under the weather, I kindly ask that you reach out as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. I completely understand that illnesses and unexpected situations happen, especially with kiddos! While cancellation fees may still apply to last-minute changes, these situations will be handled with understanding and on a case-by-case basis. Preparing for Your Appointment Please arrive with clean lashes and minimal eye makeup for lash services. If you currently have lash extensions, please thoroughly cleanse them before your appointment.
